BirdSpend is a service operated by Better Socks LLC. We help small businesses monitor and reduce their AI tool spending. When this policy says "BirdSpend," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Better Socks LLC and the BirdSpend service.

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our service:

We do not collect your social security number, credit card numbers (payments are handled by Stripe), or any sensitive personal information beyond what's listed above.

How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Your rights — data deletion and access

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of all your data, simply email us and we will remove everything within 30 days. No questions asked.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted third-party services including AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting and Formspree for contact form processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. When you delete your account or request data removal, we delete your information within 30 days.

Cookies

BirdSpend uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function (such as keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's privacy

BirdSpend is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members and users by email if we make significant changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
